Do not rent here!!!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The units themselves are very nice. Lots of character, lots of windows and very unique.
Cons:
The building is INFESTED with roaches. They’re in the halls, in the apartments, and right outside the apartment. The landlord is not particularly responsive to comments about pests, broken hardware, or anything really.
Advice to owner:
Clean the building!!! Every tenant in that building is frustrated and your lack of responsiveness makes it impossible to live there comfortably!

Horrible management and experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Well-located for transit and restaurants/bars
Cons:
Consistently filthy, management doesn’t care at all, cockroaches of all shapes and sizes consistently in the building. Front door usually broken. Thin walls and poorly maintained.
