Former Tenant
Pros:
great location, 2,3,4,5 train one block away, close to prospect park, bars, restaurants everywhere
Cons:
BED BUGS from Old lady in the building sho like to collect stuff from the street. it is on top of 2 restaurants, smelled like fried food at every hour of the day, can’t open windows because of that gang killed at least one person (other gang members) on the block every year.
apt floor was in tiles and they were all broken and not flat. apt got renewed after I left
Advice to owner:
you are a good man, don’t yell at people, be patient. upgrade and fix your buildings, you got the money
