The apartments are really nicely laid out. And the rooms facing street get a lot of light
Several stolen packages and the front door would continuously stop locking
Small building, few units, relatively well kept inside the apartments.
The outer landing is a bit messy and any super is pretty hard to reach for fixes when needed
