Pros:
Small building, few units, relatively well kept inside the apartments.
Cons:
The outer landing is a bit messy and any super is pretty hard to reach for fixes when needed

You get what you see

Pros:
Nice exposed brick and built in book shelves, roof access is nice
Cons:
Not much natural light, the stove doesn’t fit the kitchen, no fan in the bathroom and good luck getting anything fixed. We were without heat for 2 weeks in December
Advice to owner:
Fix issues when tenants raise them
