terrible water pressure and temperature

Pros:
cheap, big, and top floor.
Cons:
water pressure is dismal
water temperature in shower changes from cold to boiling hot and back
lost heat and hot water several times during the winter, once as long as four days
roaches in the building, but the apartment is OK
we are on top floor, roof leaked on and off all two years. they sent people, but it was never properly fixed, and it looks like shit

new water boiler

Do not recommend J Wasser as a landlord in any building

location, price at the time
Cons:
Constant issues with no heat and no hot water because the landlord was saving a buck by not scheduling fuel deliveries when they knew damn well it runs out regularly. Mice, bugs, illegal weekend construction, you name it. Slumlords.

Do better.

Heat and hot water constantly out, no super on site, cannot contact management on weekends, pest control issues
Advice to owner:
Put live in super, properly maintain the broiler, have monthly pest control maintenance
