clean, new model
Former Tenant
Pros:
management company is very responsive to any issues, neighbors are nice and building is generally pretty quiet. our unit (1R) has private access to a huge back yard, which has been great!
Cons:
the laundry machine in the basement has broken several times and often smells bad in the basement, sort of like sewage... had to wait for our unit to be painted after our move-in date, it also wasn't thoroughly cleaned when we moved in. the common bike rack in the hallway is also very obstructive, when a lot of people have their bikes locked up it blocks the entrance to our door which made it difficult to move our furniture in.

our unit has a basement bedroom which had a minor flood once after we moved in, but otherwise has been fine
Advice to owner:
give more time between tenants to clean out/repaint the units fully, ensure hallways are clear for move-in/move-out

Ok place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Generally ok place to live, affordable; very walkable, in demand area
Cons:
Management can be very slow to respond to issues

Management sucks
Former Tenant
Pros:
Newly renovated. Most common spaces are clean once a week. Neighborhood isn’t too loud although there are a few bars nearby that can sometimes get rowdy.
Cons:
Renovation was cheaply done, less than 10 years old but you’d think it’s been around much longer. Things break all the time, half of the electrical wiring is faulty or non-functional. Packages go missing all the time, management has not once been helpful. Washer and dryer in basement are broken every other week. The walls and ceilings are so thin you can hear every footstep from people living above you.

Management team is so unprofessional and will harass you endlessly if they think they need something from you but will ignore your requests
Advice to owner:
it’s a real estate company they don’t care about the residents to begin with

Nice entry apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
This apartment has beautiful rear facing windows. Great starter apartment for young roommates but ideal for use of 1 person/couple to have a bedroom and use the other room as an office
Cons:
Toward the end of the lease we experienced a moth issue and they were not super responsive to help get rid of it. no other bug issues though. I was once locked out and they did not have a spare key in the area for me to access
Advice to owner:
Keep a spare key in the building near by for residents all time.
