I Wouldn't Go Back
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful balcony
Exceptional hardwood floors
Sun drenched
Cons:
Dirty common building spaces
Landlords only care about the superficial aspect of the unit like the balcony. Took over a year to address mouse infestation and mold. Heat would turn off randomly and leave the house very cold at random times. Hired contractors that turned off hot water or water overall and refused to address it for 2.5 months. Water damage caused carpet beatles and other insects to infest the apartment but went ignored. Leaking fridge that was hazardous neglected for greater part of a year. When finally reported issues to HPD they gaslit us into believing they have done nothing else after addressing everything in 2-days.
Advice to owner:
Treat others as you'd like yourself.

Overall a good building with nice landlords on site
Former Tenant
Pros:
The landlords live in the first two floors of the building and are generally very nice and responsive. They tend to DIY any maintenance so things aren't always done as well as could be
Cons:
Heating is lacking in certain rooms of the apartment. Have had some issues with water getting into the building. Occasional mice as is typical of just about any Brooklyn apartment but haven't seen a rat or roach (aside from the odd water bug that sneaks in from outside) in over 4 years of living there.
