Cons:
Inconsistent heat and cooling, and inconsistent water temperatures, lots of bugs and rats. Lots of leaks

Amazing area, pretty good management

- central AC - close to everything - pretty good management - maintenance works asap - pretty responsive - nice size rooms - beautiful view
Cons:
- price increases after pandemic were ridiculous - apartment could have been cleaner when we moved in
Advice to owner:
Clean up more for move in.

It’s a decent place to live.
Cons:
The agent who rented me is so disorganized! And the management company is also disorganized in terms of communications with tenants. Management threatened with eviction people who lost their jobs due to COVID.
