Arguably the Best Area in Brooklyn

Pros:
Rent stabilized! Friendly neighbors, management portal and close to all of the cool things line the BK Public Library, the BK Museum and Prospect Park. Really enjoyed living in here and would potentially live here again.
Cons:
I've gotten packages and mail that has already been open slightly, pests even on the top floor (mice and roaches)
Advice to owner:
Re-up on the pest management or find a new system that wors!
