Clean, well lit pre-war building close to everything
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is kept clean, trash is a set of covered bins outside, super is pretty responsive and helpful. Good natural light and a big tree outside. Our unit has w/d.
Cons:
It can be loud from traffic on Bedford. Pest control seems to come on a regular basis, though we have had minimal issues in 2 yrs.

They left a hole in the ceiling for 6 months
Former Tenant
Pros:
From the outside, the apartment seemed really great. The kitchen seemed a little small but both me and my roommate had accepted that. There was a washer dryer in-unit that and the apartment was within our budget so it seemed like heaven.
Cons:
Everything else was a disaster. They are some of the most unorganized people I have ever encountered. Our upstairs neighbors overfilled their bathtub and it rotted half of our ceiling, which the super was aware of, took care of in the moment with a tarp before "someone else was called in" and that tarp stayed over the hole in our ceiling for 6 months. The only reason it got fixed was because someone from NYC Public Health was called to the building (for a different reason--hint: it was a rat infestation)and was horrified to see that my roommate and I were laughing about it.
Advice to owner:
Get ready to be woken up in the middle of the night because your upstairs neighbors had the police raid their apartment at 3 am.

Eh it’s okay
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cheap with in unit washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Newly renovated with nice finishes.
Cons:
The superintendent is easy enough to contact, but forget about contacting the building manager. He won’t respond at all and will completely ignore you.
Advice to owner:
Actually get back to people when they have questions. It’s your job.

Charged way too much for less
Former Tenant
Pros:
Surrounding area, appliances provided, security is okay. Convenient to a lot. Relatively active super and management.
Cons:
German roach infestation on top floor. Slow to reply management company. Steep stairs if that's a problem. Packages could be stolen. Apartment was a 1 bedroom converted to 2 bedroom and charged to reflect a 2 bedroom.
