Fine until it wasn’t
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice location, beautiful fixtures, great light, if a little unkempt.
Cons:
A little slow taking care of maintenance. Had some mold building up due to a leak. Building manager occasionally complained of phantom noises, which escalated to the point of harassment at the beginning of the pandemic. Was sweet and responsive otherwise.
