Not worth it
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious apartments, mostly friendly neighbors, access to subway, relatively cheap rent (been here for awhile)
Cons:
Unreliable hot water and heat, mold, mice, cockroaches, trash in the front yard, noise, people buzzing other peoples buzzer all the time, stolen packages, incompetent super and contractors, overall general poor upkeep of the building, unresponsive and often misleading and obfuscating management
Advice to owner:
Sell the building or act like you own it and give a shit about the people living in it beyond buying people chocolates
