Great Super but the walk up sucked

Pros

Super was really nice and responded to issues quickly The package area was inside and pretty secure

Cons

Heat was not turned on quickly in winter. They closed off access to the roof.

2 Years in a Absolutely Lovely Apartment Building

Pros

the neighbors & neighborhood are amazing. very close to the 3 train with a very close building community.

Cons

only once did we have an issue with the heat but it was dealt with quickly
