One of the worst managements companies I have ever dealt with

Pros:
It’s in a “trendy” area
Cons:
Terrible management company, noisy neighbors
Advice to owner:
Don’t lie and say you don’t have an email address when you do. Answer the phone when tenants call you. Don’t allow people’s apartments to flood continuously. Don’t keep a $3000 security deposit when nothing is broken.
