Everything great, but mold
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building was generally clean, nicely updated and had a great roof. We generally liked management (until the very end) and enjoyed the block.
Cons:
There was mold, and it became a significant problem -- to the point where we had to break our lease. We had black mold and the landlord dragged his feet on fixing it for weeks until we had negative health consequences as a result.
Advice to owner:
Fix mold or risk lawsuits

Great building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Landlord is great! He’s super responsive and always available. The apartments are new; nice and updated.
Cons:
Everything is electric, including heat, so the Con-Ed bill is very high during the cold months.
