Terrible Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Access to roof
Always warm during winter
Cons:
Mice/rats inside all apartments and outside building as well
Bedbugs in all apartments
Windows not installed properly so cold air constantly comes in
Front door of building is always unlocked and open
Extremely dirty on all 4 floors
Trash always builds up out front
Stairs and walls very poorly in shape
Advice to owner:
Sell building to someone who cares and will take better care of the building and tenants.
