Nothing nice to say but the landlord only caters to the basement everyday

Pros:
Located in a nice neighborhood
Cons:
Landlord does no repair or halfass repairs. No paint jobs and no building management.And he has a preference of only Haitian living in the building.
Advice to owner:
Treat and take care of your tenants apartment when asked .your rent is being paid every month .
