My home for 1 year
Former Tenant
Pros:
Huge apartments with a nice layout. Beautiful floors and renovated kitchen. Washer and dryer in unit.
Cons:
The hallways outside of the apartment need updating
Advice to owner:
Update the hallways, they’re dark and the floor is tore up.

Roach infested
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to the subway, large living room
Cons:
They said they would come spray for pests once a month but never did. Our unit was infested with German roaches. The city was always coming over asking if our heat and hot water were working. Our unit was fine, but I guess the neighbors were going without. The poor super had to hang out in the dingy, dirty basement room with no sunlight.
