Solid Building but Shows its Age
Former Tenant
Pros:
Apts are rent-stabilized and huge Friendly, responsive super Management is legit although sometimes slow to fix things Most neighbors are nice; many have been in the building for years
Cons:
Building is old: front door lock breaks every few months and there are plumbing issues on occasion. Pest control definitely an issue—we’ve dealt with roaches and mice. Apartment layout varies greatly—3-bedroom has a tiny kitchen to share with 3 people while smaller apts have plenty of kitchen space
Advice to owner:
Invest in proper building updates instead of putting a bandaid on the issues that come u

There Will Be Mice
Former Tenant
Pros:
Like that it's near prospect park, botanical gardens and the Brooklyn museum.
Cons:
Can get pretty dirty and there will be mice. Best to plug all hole with aromatics that vermin don't like than put steel wool over that packed TIGHT!
