Solid place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
This building isn’t the nicest, but it suited my needs. There were no major issues - no pests, no health or safety concerns. My unit was a nice size and had a good layout. The super is very kind, friendly, responsive, and helpful.
Cons:
The property major is not responsive. My bedroom window came without a screen, and they said that it was my responsibility to replace it. When I moved in, the handle on the microwave was broken, and they never replaced it despite me asking multiple times. The bedrooms are street-facing, and it can be very loud in the summer. The heat is turned up ridiculously high in the winter, and as a tenant, you cannot control it.

Walkup that gets mad hot, ant problems aren't addressed
