Poorly managed building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, nice neighbors
Cons:
Managed by pinnacle management and they are horrible. Hard to get in touch with, don’t fix anything. Some of my neighbors had walls caving in that they wouldn’t fix. Don’t take good care of the building.
Advice to owner:
Listen to your tenants and take care of apartments and common areas
