Dont do it. Worst block in the neighborhood with a negligent landlord

Pros:
Besides being so close to the two train stops nothing else.
Cons:
Just google president street and the address.
Building. Pest, mold, led, promises of laundry and roof access that never happened.

I have witness 1 shooting and heard 3 or more.
Advice to owner:
Stop renovating apartments when you haven't internally taken care of recurring issues. Additionally not taking responsibility for how dangerous the neighborhood is and renting to new folks in the area is so misleading.
