Horrible management

Pros:
Nice finishes, good layout, washer & dryer in unit
Cons:
HORRIBLE management company, took forever to ever get them to fix anything or respond, said we owed them thousands of dollars when we absolutely did not (they misplaced their paperwork and didn't realize we paid rent for a month they claimed we didn't 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️)

Find better management

Issues with Management Turnover

Pros:
Good location, central air and laundry in unit
Cons:
Management was often unresponsive and turned over several times in the few years I lived here
