Cute apartment, easy access to subways, amazing proximity to Prospect Park
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cozy apartment with in building laundry/gym.
Access to rooftop is a plus and problems are addressed in a timely manner.
A good amount of bathrooms to room ratio
Cons:
The rooms can vary in size - some being very small to fairly big.
No access to the elevator stinks. Not a big walkup by any means, but an elevator would still be nice
