Pros:
The building is near the train and above a laundromat (there are no W/D in this building), garbage is managed daily.
Cons:
The building shakes from a tenant working out so the structure does not feel safe. It takes 20 minutes to get hot water, if at all. Neighbors were allowed to conduct loud construction projects in their unit disturbing other tenants with no notice. They would also break windows and vomit in the hallways. There were multiple loud domestic disputes as well. They even started a fire and tried to hide it when the fire department arrived. There are roaches. Packages stolen as there are constantly people loitering outside and inside the building.
Advice to owner:
Train super and exterminate

Pros:
The building’s lobby is regularly cleaned and well maintained. We have a great super who’s super responsive, helpful, and kind. It’s close to the train. The walls are thick and fairly soundproof.
Cons:
Landlord is hard to reach. We had a cockroach problem that’s difficult to completely end, and not all the apartments get very good light. It also can be cold and drafty in the winter. A couple packages have been stolen.
