Nice apartment building

Cons:
Noisy around holidays. Landlord has racist tendencies.

Excellent Place to Live

Pros:
Great landlord (very responsive & kind), affordable rent, clean building, nice neighbors, new renovations, everything seems up to code, great all around.
Cons:
The super here seems to get irritated when he has to do his job, lol. He's a bit brusque.

Keep doing what you're doing
