Clean building, great neighbors

Pros:
Clean, wonderful neighbors, elevator building.
Cons:
Packages often get stolen, management is unresponsive.
Advice to owner:
Please hire better management staff who take their jobs more seriously!

Happy Here at 150 Crown Street (this building has 3 different addresses)

Pros:
Charming, quiet, clean, safe. Laundry in building
Cons:
Slow maintenance responses, doesn't always fix it right the first time. Multiple visits for the same, very simple repair requests. Needs to get organized and be more professional about repairs.
Advice to owner:
The only part of the building that doesn't get cleaned is the inner courtyard. Lots of trash and debris. Would be nice to look out the window and see a clean maintained courtyard.
