Dont recommend to live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
You don't pay for electricity.
Rooms are big.
Cons:
Roaches. No matter what you do they will live with you :)
Constant loud music.
Not the safest area.
Elevators are slow and regularly breaking down.
People urinating on stairways and in elevators.
Advice to owner:
Do something with a constant loud music.
