Horrible Management, bed bugs and illegal practices

Pros

super on sight for repairs and maintenance

Cons

Uncontrolled pest problem, gone into foreclosure, leaks, roof needs repair, unreported ongoing bed bug infestation across multiple apartments, breaks rent stabilization laws, lying to new tenants about rent stabilized status. incomplete renovations, exposed wires, un-caulked bathroom, cheap fixtures. Don’t respond to complaints, repair requests, thefts. Multiple break ins gone unreported to police.
