Fine apartment, not great maintenance practices

Pros:
There's an elevator, close to laundry and so forth
Cons:
Police station across the street is loud, landlord isn't responsive to sometimes major issues.

Repairs are shoddy, water leaks in virtually every apartment (mine and all neighbors I’ve spoken with)

Tilted kitchen counter so water runs off edge after doing dishes
