Good Value for the City
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management is available, helpful, and friendly. Location is great. Decent price. Heat and water always work.
Cons:
A few noisy neighbors, block looks run down, buzzer issues make mail a headache. Several packages stolen, around holidays mostly.
Advice to owner:
Fix buzzers. Maybe have pest control once a month or so.

Do not move here
Former Tenant
Pros:
It was convenient to have a garbage area right in front of the building
Cons:
Has done illegal things like changing locks when the renter was gone
Saw a man bit by a dog that lives in the building. Man had to be carried out on a stretcher - dog still resides in building. Door buzzer doesn’t work, UPS doesn’t want to learn the door code so will buzz you every evening, loud neighbors above you (then ceilings) and loud neighbors congregate in the hallways. Street outside is loud and close to fire station. Have spotted three roaches in my 6 months.
Advice to owner:
Fix radiators, listen to noise complaints, get rid of violent dog/neglectful dog owners
