Good Neighborhood. Dump of a Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet and friendly neighbors for the most part....there's always that one person that has a problem with everything. Close to food, park and subway.
Cons:
Landlord not the most responsive. Building is a little run down and depressing to walk into. The monthly pest control never shows up and I only see someone cleaning the building once in a blue moon. Also the heat does NOT need to be that high. It's so hot my walls are cracked and door swells
Advice to owner:
Wouldn't mind paying more in rent if the landlord made the building a little better

Good Location, Terrible Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to trains, park and grocery stores. Quiet building.
Cons:
It's not pretty at all. Hallway is dirty and dark. Landlord is not responsive. Outside of building is a mess. Just saw a roach in the hallway.
Update: Had a pest issue. Told the extermina tor she hires. He gave me traps/ poison and said that's not his job. Well then why are you knocking on my door addressing yourself as the exterminator?
Advice to owner:
Fix the building!

Needs Some Bodywork
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is very quite. Neighbors are respectful, stores and transportation extremely accessible.
Cons:
Building needs some structural repairs. Assortments need updated appliances and paint job. Apartment really needs floors fixed very bad.
Advice to owner:
Communicate with your tenants. Make it easy to reach out to you and respond in a timely fashion
