Bedford ave review
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Neighbors are pretty quiet -good sized rooms
Cons:
-the hallways and common areas are DISGUSTING even with a live in super -super is lazy and seems mad and annoyed when he is needed, he also doesn’t speak English so it’s impossible to communicate with and won’t allow texts -super doesn’t address issues and just tries to cover them up in the easiest way possible -landlord is mean and hard to get ahold of -packages go missing all the time -when it rains the outside area where garbage is at floods over so can’t even throw trash out
Advice to owner:
super is going to ruin your building

Former Tenant
Pros:
Good sized apartments
Cons:
Often no heat, water takes 30-45 minutes to get hot sometimes. Super is very hard to communicate with.
