Clean and responsive maintenance, no issues

Pros:
Trash was taken care of on time Communal area clean Maintenance was readily available when I had issues or locked myself out

Big beautiful unit, elevator building, super is very nice
Cons:
Cockroaches throughout building and management is unconcerned

Invest in exterminating

BEG BUGS, awful management!

Pros:
Cheap rent, convient location, close to train and bus.
Cons:
Chronic: Bedbugs, homeless people camping out in lobby and deficating in lobby, roaches, leaks that never get fixed, bad management, elevator gets stuck all the time.
Advice to owner:
Do better by your tenants. Fix the pipes and leaks, treat the entire building for bedbugs.
