Well Kept building, ok management company
Former Tenant
Pros:
Right off the 2/5; elevator; nice decor; private garage; high ceilings; kind super; rent online payment
Cons:
Horrible insulation = insane winter electricity bills ; elevator breaks consistently; stolen packages; no grocery stores; poor management response
Advice to owner:
If you’re going to pay to fix the elevator fix it right; install the heated floors & pay your super.
Keep in mind that they use your security deposit for your last months rent without your consent.

I love this building
Former Tenant
Pros:
- New building, clean, virtual doorman, gym - spacious light apartments with hardwood floors - speaker boxes in wall
Cons:
I have been living here for 4 years, I love everything. The only thing I can think of is that it can get a little loud sometimes outside with loud music.
