Repair requests are ignored. Many tenants have intercoms and buzzers that do not work and go unrepaired. Bathrooms are in poor repair. Maintenance refuses work after 4:00pm or on weekends, so you have to take a day off work to get anything done, but then they don't show up when they say they will. Apartments are either too hot or too cold and tenants have no ability to regulate heat output in individual units. Loud street noise due to car wash, bus route and rooftop party spot across the street on Washington.
