The Worst Management Ever
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighborhood, proximity to subways and buses, local stores, near the park
Cons:
The "management" should be ashamed. There are constant floods because the plumbing is a mess and they won't pay for damages. Washers and dishwashers have continual issues. The trash area is terrible--debris and even big bins in front of gates and the fire escape is BEHIND the gate. They refuse to make repairs. They lie about problems that are theirs. The building has had at least 5-6 supers and various different people throwing out the trash. No one wants to work for them because they expect supers to do some things for free. Always the only building on the block with trash all over the front. No one can ever reach them and they are unresponsive. About all they could manage to do is add a sign in front "Managed by Camelot." Thanks for letting the neighbors know what firm to NOT use.
Advice to owner:
Get rid of "Camelot" and that woman there who lies. And lower the rents--too high for what you get.
