A gem of a place
Pros
Very spacious apartment, well maintained, up-to-date appliances, in-unit laundry, so much natural light! Lived here for 4 years and would live here again if I could.
Cons
The windows are old and drafty, low insulation, and you can hear everything outside and upstairs. Depending on the time of the year, there are some pest problems (rodents and cockroaches), but pest control comes every month to check in on your apartment and spray down corners and leave traps. Pests are probably due to the fact that we live right below a restaurant and ice cream shop.

Bit noisy as it’s on the corner of Sterling and Rogers Ave.
