Worst Landlord ever
Former Tenant
Pros:
Everyone in this building is sweet, we had a group chat to communicate whenever need be. Good size apartments.
Cons:
Garbage was barely picked up, a lot of time we had piles upon piles for over a week at a time, multiple times. Roaches regardless of any bug spraying. When it poured I got excessive leaks in my bedroom by the window. This building is not well taken care of. It is currently August 12, we moved out at the end of June and have yet to receive our security deposit back.
Advice to owner:
Sell this building, you can’t afford to care for it.
