Short & Sweet
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super is great! Responsive and gets things fixed quickly.
Cons:
The walls are thin, and I can hear everything in the hallways. There's loads trash in the planters outside, and people smoking in the lobby/stairway/elevator.
Advice to owner:
Clean the planters. Enforce no smoking indoors!

Nice renovated apartments but loud
Former Tenant
Pros:
Renovated apartments, safe building
Cons:
During the summer, it is so loud. There are always people outside the building playing loud music, gathering in large groups. Did not feel totally comfortable coming home as a single female

Building Operations and cleanliness
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to subway and shopping
Cons:
Noisey neighbors hanging out in front the building all day, everyday drinking, smoking and loud music. Building is not clean. Management does not respond appropriately to bed bug complaints..tenant ends up paying for bed bug mitigation.
Advice to owner:
Listen to the rent paying tenants. However management never takes action.
