Not great, but decent for the money

Pros:
Honestly, mostly the price. Stabilized 1-bed was $1400.
Also, being next to the train is really nice.
Cons:
Common could be cleaned better. The super cleans the hallways, but rarely the stairs, and people are always leaving trash in the building.

If your unit faces Nostrand Av, expect a lot of noise.

If you're on a high floor, expect temps of 75-78 in the winter
