It’s a fine place
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location. Friendly neighbors. Well maintained. Close to prospect park
Cons:
Heat during winter was unbearable. Super was generally responsive but unprofessional. The neighborhood itself is quite loud

Great community here
Former Tenant
Pros:
With people who have lived here for 30+ years this building has a true sense of community with neighbors who look out for each other
Cons:
Sometimes packages are stolen from the lobby

Great apt inside
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to transit, 2/5 station is at the corner. Most of the neighbors were great. Plenty of laundry machines.
Cons:
Can be noisy. Usually large groups of people hanging out, and sometimes drinking in front of or near the building at all hours. Slow to make repairs, some never made after several years.
