Good building and management, bad street noise

Pros:
Older building but well kept
Apartment was newly renovated with good appliances
Management was responsive and organized, super was friendly and available
Cons:
Beware street noise. During warm weather, people outside 317 Lefferts (two buildings down) play very loud music on speakers until late at night.
