Need better services

Pros:
Close to transportation
Cons:
Too many nasty people lives in the building, most of them came from the shelter, they are very nasty. Someone went to apply for a bank loans they said she live in a shelter she was denied the loans.
Advice to owner:
In winter time we need more heat. Most of the time doing the winter outside is warmer then inside. My window need to be fix and the heaters need to be fix.
