Nice building, laundry in basement, nice neighbors
Cons:
Floors and walls are so thin you can hear everything, I really regret moving here

Apartment is nice, no major concerns with apartment itself.
Cons:
Apartment building could be more clean. Property management is truly abysmal in absolutely every way.
Advice to owner:
Lack of response is truly astounding.
