My review on u
Former Tenant
Pros:
Low pest rate . Garbage disposal is spot on. Neighbors are nice .
Cons:
Low heat . Old windows which makes it cold and mold and mildew will form. No cameras n proper protection for mails and people.
Advice to owner:
Please do walk throughs and ask clients about their living standards.

Disgusting
Former Tenant
Pros:
Easy access to public transportation, 3 blocks away from Prospect Park
Cons:
Landlord is horrible to get in touch with
Superintendent is lazy, loud and obnoxious.
Package and mail is being stolen and the superintendent doesn’t do anything about it, cameras were asked to be installed but were declined.
Lobby smells like cigarettes and weed, and peeling paint.
Rodents are everywhere and nothing is properly done about it.
Mold and mildew I’m the bathroom, and the superintendent just paints over it.
Advice to owner:
Get a new superintendent
Be more present and respond to tenants inquiries

Horrible Building wouldn’t recommend
Former Tenant
Pros:
Near by public transport, Nice neighborhood, Has everything you need in surrounding area
Cons:
Superintendent is horrible, loud and audacious! landlord impossible to contact, pest control is NOT under control, constant smell of cigarettes throughout the buildings lobby. Apartment updates/renovations can never be received unless you harass management or the super. Took months to get mold build up properly removed on top of other renovations needed.
Advice to owner:
Do better. Or lower rent.

No maintenance building
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s an old building and not updated so there is more space compared to modern apartments.
Cons:
•Heat and hot water is not up to par especially in the winter
•Water at times comes out brown
•Constant mice and rodents infestation . Inspector just gives mouse traps which rarely helps. Nothing for the excessive rodents.
•Calling the office to get help is impossible.
• The landlord doesn’t want to update certain material in the apartments because the updates are for new tenants that just move in :)
•Landlord is never in the office to reach
•Smells bad all the time in the main hallway.
•Conditions of hallways are bad...mold, painting peeling, blinking lights etc
• IF there is construction tenants are not notified and are stuck dealing with loud sound in early morning
•Mold in most areas in the bathrooms in the apartments
Advice to owner:
Fix these problems or lower rent
