Management is not helpful
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building offers dishwasher and laundry in unit
Cons:
I wasn’t told until AFTER I was handed the keys by the super that my in-unit dryer wasn’t working and had been an issue since the last tenant. I moved in at the beginning of the year in January…… it’s August.
Advice to owner:
Address ALL unit issues before putting it back on the market.

V decent building
Former Tenant
Pros:
I like that the building is pretty well maintained. Nice landscaping in the front. Pretty responsive management for the most part.
Cons:
Have had some elevator issues in the past. Not too often anymore. More with the previous management. There are cockroaches, but they have gotten better since the building started consistently offering pest-control.
Advice to owner:
Roof probably needs replacing. During the hurricane last season, there was water damage and it will occur again unless long term fixes are made.
