Really bad mice problem, they would come out of the radiators. We came across dozens in the 1 year we lived there. Elevator rarely worked and we lived on the 6th floor, when we moved out it took a whole day carrying furniture and other heavy items down 6 flights of stairs.
Advice to owner:
Quit. Let them hire someone who actually knows how to treat people and manage a property.

Pros:
The building is located in a residential area so it can get pretty quiet. Havent had much issues with the day to day living.
Cons:
Our pipes have acted up a bit once or twice and not much of a solution was given. The super is responsive but sometimes doesn’t follow through with his promises.
Advice to owner:
Having the trash chute rooms be cleaned once in a while and the hallways would be nice.
