Horrible Cheap Landlord

Neighbor, surround area, quiet
Cons:
Landlord, expensive price, cheap quality and service, racist
Advice to owner:
Don’t be a racist, cheap, horrible person and invest all the money your taking from young kids trying to make it in the city and actually make quality living units.

Smaller building, good neighborhood, not a lot of noise
Cons:
Horrible landlord, cheap building, small units
Advice to owner:
Be honest to tenants and invest in some quality work done to your building. Stop trying to trick and con and sue people into getting their money.
