definitely not bussin!
Former Tenant
Pros:
laundry in building (but it didn’t always work?), water pressure was pretty good, new appliances and renovated bathroom
Cons:
the water pouring through the ceiling and the windows wasnt super fun, this took many months to resolve. also the warped floors due to the water. and the paint peeling due to the water. and the ants. if you have any problem that the landlord doesn’t fix and you report it to the nyc housing department, the landlord will change the door code and claim that you don’t live there.
Advice to owner:
do better buddy 🤪
