Pros:
fairly new building
Cons:
Sometimes neighboring buildings have loud parties ALL DAY on weekends. The building has thin walls and can hear all movements in/out of building and all stairwell activity. Owners are slow to respond and even slower to get repairs done - need to constantly follow up and have to be persistent to get things done!
Advice to owner:
please take care of YOUR building if not the tenants
